About This Event
CaPR will be hosting 2 online Whelper Helper Orientations. If you are interested in volunteering as a Whelper Helper and you haven't in previous years, you must attend one of the online Whelper Helper Orientations.
What does a Whelper Helper do?
Essentially, a Whelper Helper is a volunteer for Canine Partners of the Rockies' breeding program! Pretty soon, one of our future service dogs will give birth to a litter of adorable puppies. Whelper Helpers will sign up for shifts at various times of the day to visit CaPR's newest recruits and help maintain their safety and progress. During a shift, possible tasks might include:
Weighing the puppies
Folding laundry
